Willis Patrick Manwill

Willis Patrick Manwill age 66, went home to his heavenly father peacefully after his battle with cancer, on July 25, 2023, in Aztec, NM. He was born February 12, 1957, in Gallup, NM and raised in Flora Vista NM.

Willis, our loving Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle and Papa is survived by his wife Debra of 37 years, son Chris Manwill (Jamie), Dwight Ridgley, Shawn Ridgley, and Daniel Ridgley. A brother Vincent Manwill (Lisa), and two sisters Mona Watson (Troy) and Alyssa Higgs (Jason). His adorable Grandchildren were the light of his eyes with also many of his cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved so dearly and held a special relationship with all of them.

Willis is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Manwill Sr, Digna Manwill Gilbertson, brother Frank Manwill Jr, his son Thomas Manwill, and widow Jamia Johnson Manwill.

Willis always had a smile and a hug to brighten someone's day. His warm personality and kind soul left him with many lifelong friends and family with countless memories, we will all miss him deeply.

Willis worked for Animas Valley Leasing for many years. The Family would like to Thank you for all you did for Willis and his wife during the time of his cancer battle.

Willis graduated from Aztec High School in 1976. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hiking, and appreciated the outdoors, as well as spending time with family and friends.

There will be a graveside service at Memory Gardens 6917 E Main Street, Farmington NM on September 30, 2023, at Ipm. Refreshments following at the Holy Trinity Church, 42 RD 3520, Flora Vista, NM

When tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand. That an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready, In Heaven far above, and that I would have to leave behind alt those I dearly love. But when I walked through Heavens gates, I felt so much at home, for God looked down, smiled at me, and told me "Welcome Home." So, when tomorrow starts without me, do not think we are far apart, for every time you think of me, I am right there in your heart.
