Warren Lee Culler, 67, died peacefully in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Friday, Nov. 24. He was born on Nov. 5, 1950 in Farmington, to S. Warren and Helen Culler. Warren graduated from Farmington High in 1969, and then served a 2-year mission in the Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada Mission shortly after graduating from high school. After returning home from his mission he married Melissa Brackman on April 17, 1973. They began their life together in Farmington. Warren began working for Farmington Muffler as a mechanic and exhaust fabricator for 45 years. Over that time period, Warren and Melissa welcomed 5 children into their home. Together they set about teaching their children the skills and trades of growing up. The children remember their father as a kind, gentle, patient, and a hard-working man. He encouraged them to pursue their goals and stay focused in all that they do.
Warren was accomplished at several skills and often took the time to share his skills with his children, family and friends. He was an individual who loved his family and who was passionate about spending time with his loved ones and friends. Warren was an active and dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Warren is preceded in death by his parents Warren and Helen Culler, brother Robert and a grandson Ryan Culler. He is survived by his wife Melissa Culler, children; Bryan, Steven, Chelsea, Charles, and Karl Culler and 16 grandchildren, His sisters: Gloria, Carol, Delores, Ginger, Christine, Melodie brothers: Dennis, Joseph and David Culler. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 30, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E Ute, Farmington. The funeral service, will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 400 W. Apache Street, Farmington with Bishop Gene Hilton conducting. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Warren Culler's life. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
