Wanda Maria (Speichert) Sharp

Wanda M. Sharp, 92, of Farmington, passed away on July 12, 2016. She was born on January 27, 1924 in Lodz, Poland to Oswald and Lidia (Sahn) Speichert.
Wanda graduated from high school in Germany. She and her husband moved to Farmington in 1963. She was a dedicated employee at Sprouse Reitz in Farmington for 21 years. Wanda was also a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Harlan Sharp and parents Oswald and Lidia Speichert. Wanda is survived by her sons Randy and Rick Sharp; daughters Debbie Sharp and Connie Whitson; sister Ellie; grandchildren Kristin Williams, Bryan, Savannah and Mikayla Sharp; and great grandchildren Kailee and Zia Williams. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 16th at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St., in Farmington, with Pastor Larry Davis officiating. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 E. Main St., in Farmington. Pallbearers are Randy Sharp, Rick Sharp, Bryan Sharp, and Eric Williams.
