Troyetta "Lynn" Hargis, 53, of Aztec, beloved mother and grandmother, passed from this life at her home surrounded by family on Monday, February 22,2016 in Flora Vista. She was born April 24, 1963 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lynn was a mother and grandmother first and foremost. She mothered many children. She was momma and Aunt Lynnie to all who knew her. She started her job at Aztec postal service in 2007. She was so dedicated and loved her job and all the friends who she made there. She taught her family to love and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and to love one another. Lynn was so loving and caring and had the biggest smile. All she had to do was smile to make your day. If you knew her, you were blessed.. She will be missed very much.
Lynn is survived by her sons,Desmond (Ara) Tucker and Calvin (Alyssa) Hargis; her three beautiful grandchildren, Calvin, Paige, and Haley; sister, Theresa Kelly; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eulan Mae and troy Lyvon Allen; and her sister Lana Mae Shannon.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 27. at the First Baptist Church of Aztec, 700 Navajo Ave.
