Tom L. Cayaditto
Tom Lee Cayaditto a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend was
Born in Torreon, New Mexico to the Late Marie T. and Accencio Cayaditto. He was of the Tangle People Clan, born for the Weaver Zia Clan. Tom was the only brother to his sisters Sadie Castillo, Betty Platero, Anna Cayaditto, and the late Katherine Willeto. He leaves behind his wife of over 50 plus years; Millie Otero Cayaditto, Daughter Brenda Cayaditto, Son Emerson Cayaditto, His step children, and many grandchildren, also preceded in death by his daughters Reva and Nellie Cayaditto. Tom was a hard working man, worked on the Union Pacific Rail Road Crew #9012 as a Machine Operator and Retired in the late 90s in Wichita, Kansas. He was also a Mason who built homes and car garages with hand carved sandstone and mud. Tom and Millie were well known in the community of Torreon in their early years as Farmers who planted corn, squash and melons. He loved to sing old Navajo Traditional love Songs and some ceremonial songs, loved to remodel his home very often. As he got older his health took a slow decline, but was always in good spirits. We love you Cheii Tom and we will miss you greatly! Thank you to all who have send their thoughts, Prayers, and condolences to our family. Ahehee'.
