Theodore (Ted) R. Triplett, 58, of Waterflow, NM, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in Farmington at San Juan Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 13, 1956 in Kansas City, Kansas, to Kathryn and Ken Triplett. Ted graduated from Farmington High School in 1975. He married his best friend Madeline Neff they celebrated 32 years of love together. He retired in June of 2014, after serving as a mechanic for 33 years with the Public Service Company of NM. Ted enjoyed hunting, camping, shooting and spending time with the loves of his life, his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Madeline Triplett; his sons Ted Triplett and Rick Johnson; daughters Dawn Hunt and Jessica Johnson; his parents Ken and his wife Ginger Triplett and Kathryn Klassen; sisters Terri Evans and Tracie Triplett; and his 12 grandchildren.
Visitation is will be held on Sunday, August 3rd from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Mountain Vista Baptist Church, 4401 Wildflower Mesa Dr., Farmington. Graveside services are Monday, August 4th at 10:00 am at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 E. Main St. in Farmington. Followed by a memorial service at Mountain Vista Baptist Church at 11:00 am with Pastor John Preston officiating. Pallbearers are: Ted Triplett, Richard Johnson, Mike Lindsay, Pete Matchchulat, Talon Shull, Steve Neff and Frank Blackmer. He will be missed by all his friends and family who admired and loved him dearly. Arrangements are with Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St., Farmington, NM (505 325-8688
