Terri Lorelle Nelson, 37, passed from this life on Friday, May 17, at San Juan Regional Medical Center, with her family by her side. She was born Nov. 3, 1975 to Randy and Shauna Hemmah, in Kalispell, Mont., where they lived until moving to Colorado in 1978.
Terri was preceded in death by her mother, Shauna; her grandmother, Joyce Hemmah and her great-grandmother, June Swope.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Nelson; her four children, Rebecca, Ryan, Lorelle and Aaron, all of the family home. As well as her father and step-mother, Randy and Robin Hemmah of Kalispell, Mont.; grandparents, Martha and Joe Wisenbaler of Bloomfield; grandfather, Ray Hemmah of Kalispell, Mont. She is also survived by a brother, Randy Hemmah and sister, Tami Hemmah; three nephews, Jonathan, Chase and Tyler all of Kalispell, Mont. She is further survived by aunts, Shellie Barrett and Sharie Nelson of Colorado, Shannon Ledbetter of Arizona, Linda Loukinas of Aztec, Terry Hemmah and Julie Hemmah of Kalispell, Mont. and uncles, Sheldon Barrett of Oregon, James Wilson of Farmington. She is also survived by numerous cousins. All who loved her and will miss her very much.
Terri's greatest joy in life was her children.
A service for Terri will be 1 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 21, at Bethel Baptist Church, 201 Heiland Road in Aztec.
Burial will be held at a later date.
Terri's care is entrusted to Cope Memorial Chapel of Aztec, 405 S. Main Ave., 505-334-9332.
