SARAH "SALLY" MARGARET (FOLLETT) KIGHT

SARAH "SALLY" MARGARET (FOLLETT) KIGHT, 89, of Farmington passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Monday, June 22, 2015. Sally was born February 25, 1926 in Hayden, Arizona the daughter of Harvey Haws and Mae Cluff Follett.
She attended school in her beloved Pima, AZ where she met the love of her life JB Kight. They were married on January 18, 1944 and were married for 71 wonderful years. To this union, two children were born, J Michael and Marsha Gae. Sally was a stay at home Mom unitil 1963, when she began several careers as a bookkeeper, ending her working life in 1983 when she and JB retired. Sally's last career was with JA May Jewelers, which was her favorite. In retirement, she and JB motorhomed all through the US, enjoying every stop. Sally and JB were the ultimate parents and grandparents - so loving, kind and giving. The family was blessed to take care of Sally at home. She will be deeply missed.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents Harvey Haws and Mae Cluff Follett; brother Mayo Follett; sisters Harvetta McBride and Jean Lofgreen; and a son J Michael Kight.
She leaves behind her husband JB Kight; daughter Marsha Freidline (Glen); grandchildren Kim Fotis, Amy Hooks, Kristin Kight, Dean and Scott Freidline; 10 great-grandchildren; special daughter-in-law Deanna Harris; special niece Shari Kreidler, special great nephew and niece, Brad and Janell Blake and many dear friends.
Cremation will take place and memorial services for Sally will be Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 400 W. Apache, Apache Building with Bishop Carroll Carter conducting. Sally will be inurned at Greenlawn Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Basin Home Health and Hospice or charity of your choice in Sally's name.
