Ronda (Sparks) Duran, 59, our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and friend passed away Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at home after a lengthly illness. She was born Nov. 6, 1958, in Roswell, to Everette and PJ Sparks.
Ronda lived life to the fullest of her abilities and enjoyed nothing more in life than her children and grandchildren. She loved hiking, collecting rocks, painting, sewing and just about any type of art and crafts. Ronda loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Ronda was preceded in death by her father, Everette Sparks; and her beloved granddaughter and soulmate, Caylea Lacey. She is survived by her mother, PJ Sparks; brother, Rocky (Fran) Sparks; children, Brooke (Bo), Charity, David (Stevie) Lake, Deysha (Jason); grandchildren, Brody, Beau, Caitlyn, Christian, Nathaniel, Braidyn, Jaxon, Elijah, Averi, Nikolas, Dominic, Addison and Diego.
The Family would like to thank Basin Home Health and Guardian Angel for all their help. A very special thank you to Stevie, Rondas daughter-in-law for all her extra help taking care of her until the end.
A memorial service for Ronda will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington with Pastor Brent Hedder officiating.
