Robert Lee Schrock, 77, of Farmington, NM passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021. He was born in La Grange, IN to Joseph J. and Pauline M. Schrock. Robert received his high school diploma in June of 1984 after completing New Mexico State Board of Education requirements.
Robert spent his working career in the Oil & Natural Gas field and as a maintenance Engineer. Many remember him as a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. He enjoyed Ham Amateur Radio, he was a modeler of trains, planes and automobiles. On his days off, he spent his time mechanicing. He enjoyed the sport of catching fresh water fish using a rod, line and hook. He was a tinker of electronics from pace makers to computers, although the electronics never seemed to make it back together. Extra parts were always celebrated. His choice of music was old country such as Johnny Horton, Johnny Cash and Hank Williams Jr. He spent many years volunteering his time at the Aztec First Church of the Nazarene managing the sound booth.
Robert is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Bonnie Jean Ransom-Schrock, Parents; Joseph J. Schrock and Pauline M. Schrock.
