Nancy Carol Aldridge born in Phoenix, AZ to Charles and Pauline Aldridge on February 1, 1933.
New Year 1950, Nancy met the love of her life, H. Dean Whitt, at a New Year Party and they married on September 19, 1951. On October 26, 1952 they welcomed their only daughter, Carol Dean, July 1954 Charles Robert, their first son was born and August 12, 1955 Mark Alan joined the family.
In 1962, Nancy and her family moved to Tucson, AZ, where she met some ladies and joined the homemakers club. Nancy was very crafty and could share her skills and talents with other people. In 1975 or 1976 Nancy and Dean moved to Gallup, NM. While in Gallup, Nancy and Dean owned and operated the Greyhound bus station. During their time in Gallup, Nancy also ran a few craft stores. In 1995 Nancy and Dean moved to Bloomfield, NM. to be closer to their 4 grandchildren.
Nancy is preceded in death by her husband H. Dean Whitt, one of her sons, Charles Robert, and her parents Charles and Pauline Aldridge.
She is survived by her 4 grandchildren Shelby Schroth, Tammie Fox, Jeff Schroth, Valerie Jack (Chris Jack) and great-grandchildren Alex Schroth (Kate), Aidan Schroth, Alexyss Coleman, Allison Schroth, Reigan Snow, Matthew Snow, Sara Harcrow, Braedyn Schroth, Macey Schroth, Olivya Jack, Finley Schroth.
A memorial service will be held at the LDS Church on College Blvd on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 11:00 am with Bishop Ledek officiating.
