Mary Margaret (Weber) Wendell

Mary M. Wendell, 76 of Farmington, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014. She was born on July 15, 1938 to Lloyd and Myrtle Weber in Pine Brook, NJ. While living in New Jersey, she was a member of the Women's Auxiliary in Rockaway Neck, NJ. Mary loved to help people and volunteered at the Senior Center in Tolleson, AZ. She moved to Farmington in November of 1976 where she lived the remainder of her life. She was involved in her church and community where she volunteered her time as a senior companion. Mary was a member of the Crafty Ladies group at the First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and knitting.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Art Wendell; parents; and brothers, Fred Weber and Willie Weber.
She is survived by her children, Wayne A. Wendell, M. June (MJ) Wheeler, and Joyce A. Vaughn; 1 brother, 2 sisters, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at 1:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2014, at the First United Methodist Church, 808 N. Monterey, in Farmington, with Pastor Dave Blackwell officiating.
