Marjorie Ozemba (Schofield) Culler, 95, joined her eternal companion, Bert, on July 6, 2021. She was born on February 6, 1926, to David Albert and Nellie Mae (Jack) Schofield in Manassa, Colorado.
After his return from serving in the Army during WWII, Bert and Marjorie were married in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on November 10, 1945. They were blessed with four children: Kay (Louis) Haynie, Judy (Terry) Sewell, Jeff (Linda) Culler, and Jeri Armstrong. Marjorie was an incredibly positive influence as she raised her children, making her family the priority. She served in many stake and ward callings in Primary and Relief Society. She served a Family History Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and loved to serve in the temple. She also enjoyed working locally at voting sites. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, quilting, and traveling.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Bert; her parents; siblings Bessie Irene, Basil, Albert, Theodore, and Mary; her daughter Jeri; and son-in-law Terry.
She is survived by 3 of her children, 17 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 400 West Apache with the funeral service to follow at 10:00 a.m.
