Marian E. (Andrews) Hatch

March 15, 1956 — December 27, 2015

Marian E. Hatch
March 15, 1956 - Dec. 27, 2015
Marian E. Hatch our sweet wife, mother, sister and grandmother, 59, went to be with our heavenly father on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. Marian was born and raised in Farmington, on March 15, 1956, to Marian F. Noel and Andy Andrews.
After a short romance she married the love of her life, Stearns Hatch, her husband of 38 years. She cherished the wonderful times she spent with her daughters Danette and Miranda. Marian adored her five grandchildren and greatly anticipated the arrival of her newest grand-daughter, due any day. Marian found peace with God and attended bible study prior to her death. She loved annual trips with her husband Stearns to Williams Lake and enjoyed seeing the many friends they had made. There were often card games with friends and special trips to enjoy the outdoors and view wildlife. Marian also loved a good antique or thrift store and her home was adorned with many treasures she had collected over the years. She often spoke of the many friends she made while working at Hutton Plaza Drycleaners.
Marian is preceded in death by her parents, Marion F. Noel and Andy Andrews; sisters, Charlotte Orback, Carmen Boyd and Linda Paxton; and grandparents, Julius Garrett Fichtner and Nadine Fichtner. She is survived by her husband, Stearns Hatch; daughters, Danette (Jeremy) Yeager, Miranda (Richard) MacDonald; brothers, James (Nancy) Walden; sisters, Janice (Greg) Thorne; and grandchildren, Aeron Karcher, Eric Yeager, Matthew MacDonald, Kylei MacDonald and Brionna MacDonald.
A gathering of family and friends was held previously in Marian's honor.
Family and friends would like to personally thank Dr. Gregory Sherr of the Midwest Spine and Brain Institute in Minnesota, the Staff at SJRMC, San Juan Rehabilitation Center and the Bloomfield Nursing Home for the care and attention they gave during this time.
Marian's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688. Those who wish to express their condolences may do so at serenityandcompany.com.
