Lowa Frank Benally

March 5, 1941 — July 29, 2013

L. Frank Benally, 72, of Farmington, passed away
on Monday, July 29, 2013 in Phoenix, AZ. Born to the late Tom and
May Benally, on March 5, 1941 in Mitten Rock, AZ. Frank attended
Aztec High School, San Juan College, and Oklahoma State University
Institute of Technology. Aztec High is where Frank met his wife of
50 years, June, luring her with French fries and hamburgers as a
working student.
Frank was an avid professional sports fan, passionate about his girls'
and grandchildren's sports through the years, traveling and spending
time with family. Frank dedicated 37 years of his professional career
at Arizona Public Service.
Frank is survived by his loving wife June; daughter Zelda and her
husband Joe Glenn; Zenia and her husband Raul Fiveash, daughter Julie,
and sons Kyle and Matt; daughter Levina and her daughters Taylor and
Reece, and grandson Markus; and his daughter Jess.
The Funeral Mass for Frank will be held on Friday, August 2, 2013
at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Farmington, at 11am.
Interment to follow mass, at Memory Gardens in Farmington.
Frank requested that family and friends attend his mass in either
his favorite color red or color of your choosing, in lieu of black.
