LEO "LEE" EDWARD LUCERO, JR.
September 21, 1982 - June 10, 2015
Leo "Lee" Edward Lucero, Jr., 32 of Farmington, NM and more recently of Sweetwater, Texas our beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew and friend passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015, in Sweetwater. Leo was born September 21, 1982 the son of Leo Edward Lucero, Sr. and Denise Saiz.
Leo's hobbies were music, golfing, fishing, computers and was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan. Leo was a very outgoing person who never met a stranger. Leo loved helping others and was loved by everyone he met. He was employed as Electrician Superintendent in Sweetwater. Leo was dearly loved by his wife and his children. Leo was a great father and best friend to his wife Krystal. The world has lost a great man. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and coworkers.
Leo was welcomed in to heaven by his grandparents Jacob Saiz, Isabell Woods and Andrew Lucero
He leaves behind his wife Krystal Lucero, son Leo Lucero III, daughters Lauren, Milla Jane Lucero, Daisy, and Zoe; parents Denise Saiz and Leo Lucero, Sr.; brother Damion Patrick, sisters LaTeah Chacon and Amber Lucero; and grandmother Helen Lucero, many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
Rosary will be recited Tuesday, June 16th at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, 414 N. Allen in Farmington with Father Tim Farrell reciting.
Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday, June 17th at 10:00 a.m. also at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, 414 N. Allen in Farmington with Father Tim Farrell as celebrant. Leo will then be laid to rest at Memory Garden Cemetery, 6917 East Main St. in Farmington.
Pallbearers are Damion Patrick, Bobbie Lucero, Jr., Dennis Lucero, Jay Nash, Brian Pierce and Josh Archibeque.
Leo's services are entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 East Ute St. in Farmington, (505) 325-8688.
