Kenneth Arthur Mulnix, 77, of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, in Bloomfield. He was born Feb. 4, 1937, in Aztec, to Orvill and Hattie (Tice) Mulnix
Kenneth is survived by his children, Roberta, Kenneth John (Cris), Brenda (Loyd), Joseph (Tonya); grandchildren, Natalie (James), Donna, Grant, Max, Marlayna (Ben), Jesse (Melissa), Kelly, Katrina (Jon), Dominic, Damian, Jacalynne, Alyssa, Cassaundra, David, Brandon and Emma; 15 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Jacqueline Mulnix; parents; siblings, Gale, Albert and James Mulnix and Neoma Gathings and Sharon Blain; and great-grandson Sebastian Smith.
Kenneth lived his life to the fullest, a man of many talents. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a mechanic, enjoyed working outside, spending time with family and his afternoon naps.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17 at the Bloomfield Assembly of God Church, 211 E. Oak Ave. A potluck reception will follow at the church.
