Born May 25, 1942 in Coffeyville Kansas, left this earth Friday December 20th, 2013. He is survived by his wife Doris, his son Mark with partner Rachelle, and his daughter Vicki. His grandchildren Cassie and Brandon Riley, Kelsey and Julia Beer. He is also survived by his 2 year old grandson Aydann, who was the apple of his eye. Kenneth also leaves behind his brother Michael and sister-in-law JayLynn Bomboy, Sister Jane Graham, Brother, Chuck and sister-in-law Terry Bomboy, and sister Anne Caranta, many nieces and nephews, his mother-in-law Delores Spracklen, sister-in-law Kathy Baker and brother-in-law Richard Spracklen. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Lola Bomboy, his nephew James Christopher Bomboy, his Father-in-Laws, Richard and Bud Spracklen, along with several Aunts and cousins.Kenneth served his country in the Air force. He was stationed in Sundance Wyoming, where he met his stationed wife while working part time for her dad. While in the Air Force he was also stationed in Tripoli, Lybia. Kenneth was a member of the Farmington Elk's Lodge, San Juan Wild life Federation, NMLRA, and the New Mexico Mountain man Club. His passion in life was black powder shooting and crafting throwing knives. He participated in several events and donated throwing knives to those organizations he loved. Kenneth passed on his love of throwing knives, by spending time teaching the young how to throw knives. Kenneth will be missed by so many. Cremation will take place and memorial services for Kenneth will be held Saturday, December 28th at 10:00 a.m. at Farmington Elk's Lodge #1747, 801 Municipal Drive in Farmington. Burial of his ashes will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery at a later date. Kenneth services are entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 East Ute St., Farmington, (505) 325-8688.
