On the night of December 16th, Karen took flight with the angels to sing in the heavenly choir. After two years of battling multiple illnesses, she was called home to her savior. In life she touched and healed the souls of many people through her work as a domestic abuse counselor. She enjoyed spending time with her large family as she watched them grow. Those of you who had the pleasure of hearing Karen sing were truly blessed. She enjoyed music, books, puzzles and movies. Karen was accomplished in the art of knitting, crocheting as well as toll and oil painting. She loved all living creatures especially her dogs and cats.
Her parents Ina and J Paul Reynolds and two of her siblings preceded her in death. Her sister Gerda White and Carl Reynolds survived her in life. She left behind 5 children Dezmer R (Jaye) Harris, Kristi Harris, Paula (Dennis) Cook, Jessica (Russell) Hodges and Janika (Bob) Harris. Karen adored watching her eleven grandchildren grow into adults. Her time with her grandchildren Mark, Kresta, Morgan, Lacey, Savahanna, Jared, Nathan, Austin, Kelli, LeeShawn and Dewey brought her great joy. She had 17 great grandchildren and one on the way.
A special thanks to our angel of mercy, Jessie, for caring for her during the hardest part of her life. You gave her a gift that nobody else could give and we are forever grateful.
