Julie Ellen (Miller) Frame, 55, of Farmington, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, at her home, in Farmington. She was born Feb. 11, 1959, in Alamosa, Colo., to George James and Virginia Hyde Miller.
Julie grew up and attended school in Tres Piedras and later in Monticello, Utah. As an adult, Julie made her home in various places including Santa Fe, Salt Lake City, Utah; Bloomfield, Aztec and most recently Farmington. She married multiple times and had children with first husband, Brad Springmeyer (Virginia) and third husband, Dennis Frame (Kelly). She adored her children, stepchildren (Cory and Christy) and grandchildren (Thomas and Amelia).
When she wasn't caring for her children, Julie made a living and many people smile, as a cook and more often as a waitress in local restaurants. She loved reading, puzzles, board/card games, bingo and the lottery, the flea market, yard sales, making people laugh and spending time outdoors.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, George Miller Sr. and Virginia Hyde Titus and brother George Miller Jr. She is survived by her daughter Virginia (Jon) Weaver; son Kelly Frame and siblings, Nancy Miller, Woody Miller and Bruce Miller.
A private memorial service for Julie will be on Saturday, Dec. 6 at her daughter's home. Julie's final wishes were for her ashes to be scattered in the mountains where she watched her children play and grow.
Memorials may be made to the National Forest Service, "Plant-A-Tree' program. Julie's care is entrusted to Alternative Choice Burial and Cremation, 804 N.
