Joshua Adam Sandoval, 29, of Farmington, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016, in Littleton, Colo. He was born Sept. 23, 1986, in Shiprock, to Billy and Dianna Sandoval.
Joshua graduated from Rocinante High School. He received his Associates degree in Auto Mechanics from San Juan College along with many certificates in auto mechanics.
He worked as a Dodge mechanic for many years where he became a certified Chrysler Master Technician in 2012.
Joshua's hobbies include snowboarding, camping, and hiking. He loved being in the outdoors; it was one of the reasons that he moved to Colorado. He also enjoyed music and playing the guitar. He spent many hours with his Iguana, Iggy.
Joshua is preceded in death by his father, Billy A. Sandoval; and his brother, Wilfred Sandoval.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Amanda Bidtah; and her son, Markailen Taylor; mother, Dianna Sandoval, brothers; Mark Sandoval, Matthew Sandoval, Anderson Sandoval, sisters; Glynna Francisco, Eleanor Pinto, Evangeline Sandoval; and grandparents, Martin And Idelia Schaad.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, 511 W. Arrington, in Farmington. Burial will follow at the Counselor Community Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at the Counselor Chapter House.
Pallbearers are Mark Sandoval, Matthew Sandoval, Anderson Sandoval, Josh Canuto, Michael Estrada, and Shamus Beyale.
