Jennie Rose Neidigh, 90, of Farmington passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday, April 14, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. A longtime resident of Farmington, Rose was born April 7, 1923 in Blandinsville, Illinois to Marcus Probst Woolman and Jennie Kimler Woolman. She graduated in 1941 from Farmington High School. Rose went to work for Ed Foster/Southern Union Gas Co., as a secretary. Because there was a scarcity of men due to WWII, she and Mrs. Foster would often read meters in the morning before opening the office. Rose graduated from beauty school and opened "The Fountain of Beauty" on East Broadway on April 1, 1960 and worked there for over 50 years. Rose married Raymond Wilson Neidigh April 4, 1963. They were faithful members of Eastside Church of Christ.Rose was preceded in death by her parents; husband Raymond, brothers Shirley, Douglas, and baby Marcus and sisters Shelley and Carralena. Survivors include sons Robert (Jennie) Neidigh, Terry (Donna) Neidigh and Rodney (Kathy) Neidigh, sisters Mary E. Garrison and Martha E. (Jack) Morrison, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation for Rose is Wednesday, April 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Brewer, Lee and Larkin, 103 East Ute St. in Farmington. Funeral services are Thursday, April 18 at 10:00 a.m. at Eastside Church of Christ, 2012 Huntzinger Ave. with Steve Curo, Rose's great nephew-in-law and JB Harrington conducting. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Farmington. Pallbearers are Norman Garrison, Mark Wiley, Kent Wiley, Joshua Neidigh, Rodney Neidigh and Robert Neidigh. Alternates pallbearers are Brad Morrison, Chris Bartlett, Neal Woolman, Don Woolman and Cecil Garrison. Rose's services are entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, (505) 325-8688
