James Paul Frailey, 64 of Bloomfield, NM passed away on March 23, 2015. He was born on March 13, 1951, in DuBois, Pennsylvania to Clair and June Frailey.
Paul grew up in Soquel, CA. He studied to be an engineer at the College of the Redwoods in Northern, CA. He worked in construction with his dad and became a mason. As a licensed general contractor in California, Hawaii and New Mexico, he has built beautiful homes since his early 20's. He taught many young men and his sons the art of construction.
He loved to fish, sail and ride his Harley. Above all, life for Paul was an adventure. He fought hard to survive the last 15 years. A lover and a fighter - he will be missed.
James was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kim Gore.
He is survived by his wife Joni (Seidlinger) Frailey; sons John and Aaron Winterburn; daughters Julie Wills and Michelle Shahan; and grandchildren Tyler Ann, Conner and Nathan Shahan, Sean and Lauren Winterburn, Page and Jillian Winterburn; and Rayne and Luc Wills.
A memorial service will be Saturday, April 4th from 12:00-5:00 pm at #68 CR 4903, in Bloomfield, with Roy Greene officiating.
