Helen Ruth (Wood) Potter

Helen "Tiny" Potter, 70,
Born August 9, 1945 in Tempe, AZ. She was called home to her heavenly family on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Tiny was a long time resident of Farmington and saw a lot of changes throughout the years. She worked numerous jobs throughout her life; Chicken Shack, McClellans, Woolworth, Chef Bernies, Little Bears, Mae and Leon's, Country Palace, Ron's Drain Cleaning, San Juan Downs, Ron's Lawn Care, but was best known as manager of 7-2-11 stores.
Tiny loved to spend time at the family cabin in CO. This is where she instilled a love for hiking and exploring not only in her children but also her grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by husband Ronald Potter, parents Hap and Rubey Wood, ten siblings, two nephews and one great grandchild.
Tiny is survived by sister Joann McEwen of Farmington.; daughters Alana (Terry) Cobb of Kingman AZ, Rosalyn Potter ( Evan Brimhall) of Farmington , Melissa Lynch of Aztec. and son Doug (Aimee)Potter of
Montgomery TX. 11 grandchildren , 15 � great grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends, and of course her beloved customers of 7-2-11.
Viewing will be Thursday June 30th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Brewer Lee and Larkin Funeral Home 103 E Ute St. in Farmington. Services are Friday, July 1st, at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Farmington 8th Ward Chapel, 4400 N College Blvd in Farmington. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 1606 N. Dustin Ave. in Farmington
