Helen McKenzie Culler, 85, a longtime resident of Farmington, left this mortal existence on Monday, May 26, 2014, in Enoch, Utah, at the home of her youngest son. After a stroke several years ago she has been taken care of by her children. Helen is the daughter of Ronald 'Arch' and Lily McKenzie, born in Manassa, Colo., on Aug. 20, 1928. She was married to S. Warren Culler, Nov. 27, 1946, in Farmington. They were sealed as a family in the Mesa Arizona Temple, June 7, 1957. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Warren; son Robert; her parents; sister Wilma Hostetter; brother Ronald McKenzie; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is survived by her 10 children, Gloria (Donnie) Vance, of Kanab, Utah, Dolores (Clyde) Moses, currently on a mission in Africa, Warren (Melissa) Culler and Dennis (Diana) Culler of Farmington, Christine (Tom) Reynolds of Cedar City, Utah, Melodie Valerio of Las Vegas, Nev., Joseph (Louise) Culler and Carol Jolley of Overton, Nev., Ginger Culler of Farmington, David (Trisha) Culler of Enoch, Utah, and a daughter-in-law, Carol Mason of Island Park, Idaho. Helen has 46 grandchildren and 79 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Freeda, (Ranche), Dudley; sister-in-law Marjorie Culler; brother-in-law Raymond ( LaVon) Culler, of Farmington. Helen's posterity is part of her crowning jewels; she loved to spend time with her family. She had many talents and served in several callings as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She showed patience and love to all, indeed she led by example. In her last days before passing she said several times, "We have a wonderful family, don't we." Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 30, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home. Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 400 W. Apache St. in Farmington, with Bishop Carroll Carter conducting. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, 1606 N. Dustin Ave. in Farmington. Helen's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688.
