Glenn Takashi Taketa

Glenn Takashi Taketa was born in Racine, WI. He came into this world earlier than was expected on January 19th, 1970, and left this place to go to a new one on June 18th, 2023. He was 53 years old and served in the United States Navy. During his enlistment, he was awarded two medals and two service ribbons until honorably discharged in 1995 after almost five years. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Y. Taketa and Eloina Taketa. He is survived by a sister, Olivia Fisher, and her husband John. As well as a large extended family, including his nephews Micheal Schrock and his wife Kaibah along with their children; Micheal Jr., Meliodas, and MiaRené. And nephew Gabriel, formerly named Evan Fisher. Nieces Jessica Taketa, Sarah Schrock, Jennifer Fisher, Abigail Scott and Avery Rose, formerly named Alisa Fisher. Memorial services for Glenn will be held on June 29, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Alternative Choice. 804 N. Dustin Farmington, New Mexico. Following the service, a potluck lunch for family and friends will be held at Community of Christ Church located on the corner of Sunset and 30th.
