DR. FRANK NINOS

Dr. Frank Ninos, 80, of Flora Vista, went to rest with God on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013. He was born March 4, 1933.
Dr. Ninos was preceded in death by his father, Constantine (Gus) Ninos; mother, Mary (Kennedy) Ninos; stepmother, Clara Ninos; and sisters, Helen, Celia and Esther.
Survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Krueger) Ninos, Flora Vista; daughter, Suzanne and husband Scott Ramsey, Mooresville, N.C.; daughter, Tracy and husband, James Gunderson, Mantorville, MN.; son, Russell and wife, Tammy Ninos of Aztec; granddaughters, Claire Ulrich, St. Paul, MN and Alyssa Ninos, Aztec.
Doc Ninos was born in Ziegler, IL. and move to Chicago, IL. as a teen, served our country in the U.S. Air Force, graduated from National Chiropractic College, in Lombard, IL.
He attained several advanced degrees which allowed him to provide comprehensive care for his patients while practicing in Wessington Springs, S.D.,Lemmon SD and in Aztec. He retired at the age of 76. He served his profession, communities and church on a variety of boards. Receiving numerous distinctions and awards including "Chiropractor of the Year." He enjoyed organic gardening, history, research and learning.
He will be missed as a husband, dad, health care provider, friend and man.
A memorial service will be a 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, at Christ the Rock Lutheran Church, 5401 Hood Mesa Trail, Farmington.
