Esmerelda Velasquez, 11, of Kirtland, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2014, in Monticello, Utah. She was born Jan. 15, 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3rd Ward, 473 Road 6100 in Kirtland. Interment will be in the Rose Garden Cemetery in Upper Fruitland.
