Elizabeth "Ann" Jones, 68, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, Nov. 1 at her home. Ann, the daughter of Jake Felix Rogers and Lois E. Brown Rogers, was born Nov. 14, 1948 in Gallup.
Ann retired from Parker's Office products after over 20 years of employment. She also volunteered knitting small hats and blankets for the "Smiley Project" a non-profit that sends the hats and blankets to premature "NICU" babies all over the country. Ann was an avid cross-stitcher and loved doing crosswords and jigsaw puzzles. Most of all she loved spending time with her family especially all her grandkids and grand dogs.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Jones and her parents. She leaves behind her sons John Duke and Douglas (Tonya) Duke; brother, Read Rogers; grandchildren, Amber, Shyenne, Krystal (Dennis), Richard, Jacob, Desiree, Mikayla; and great-grandsons Gunner, Brody and Jaxon; as well as many dear friends.
Cremation has taken place and graveside services for Ann will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 10, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 East Main St. in Farmington with Pastor John Preston conducting.
