Dwayne Charles Cleveland

Dwayne Charles Cleveland, 29, of Farmington, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015. He was born August 12, 1985, on Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico.
Dwayne graduated from Piedra Vista High School in 2003. While in high school, he participated in Army JROTC and track team. He had many interests, which included video games, comics, guns, cooking, making people laugh, music and movies.
He was a diligent hard-working man and it showed in his work.. His sense of humor once you broke through his shell, was undeniably funny. Deep down, he wanted the best for everybody. He was a very loving man and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
He is survived by his father, Darrell Charles Cleveland; his mother, Debra Sue All Runner; his two older sisters, Briana and Lynette Cleveland; loving grandparents, Hugh Cleveland, Gerald and Opal Chavez; nieces, Taylor Lawler and Adeliciah Chavez; aunts, Elanie Mason, Gwen McKim, Gayle Marrufo, Karen Hetrick and Karen Nieto; uncles, Gabe Cleveland and Marty Chavez; and cousins and friends throughout.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Velma Cleveland; aunt Cheryl Cleveland; uncle, Mac McKim; and cousins, Jason Curley and Brian McKim.
A small service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, April 3, at Alternative Choice, 804 N. Dustin Avenue in Farmington, followed by burial at Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers are Mike Chester, Nathaniel Cleveland, Don Hetrick,Charles McKim, Scott Oxsord and Gabe Cleveland. The reception will be from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 305 N. Orchard Avenue.
