Craig Homer, 56, of Kirtland, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015, in Kirtland. He was born Sept. 15, 1958, to Don and Sue Homer in Amarillo, Texas.
Craig graduated from Kirtland High School and worked for his dad at Don's Alignment for 22 years.
He enjoyed restoring old cars, motorcycling, camping, fishing and boating with his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Homer, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by Debbie, his wife of 21 years; son, Matthew Homer and his wife Rachel; daughter, Megan Gonzales and companion, Terry; father, Don Homer and special family friend, Edna Switzer; brother, Kelly Homer and wife, Diane; sister, Karen DeLoss; mother-in-law, Florence Shipley; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 9, at First Baptist Church of Kirtland, with Brother Brett officiating.
Interment will follow at Kirtland/Fruitland Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Kelly Homer, Karen DeLoss, Matthew Homer, Michael Homer, Justin Homer, Jeremy Homer, Vanessa Martinez, and Kristen Martinez.
The reception will be at 12 noon, at First Baptist Church of Kirtland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to NW New Mexico Hospice and Home Care, 608 Reilly Ave. Farmington, NM 87401.
