Cherleen was born October 6, 1952 in Watford City, ND to Robert and Ann Folven. She grew up there and graduated from Watford City High School. Her life was full and always full of laughter. She worked as a bartender for many years and enjoyed visits to SunRay Casino, WalMart, and spending time with her kids or grandkids. She was always busy with a craft project that included painting, crochet, designing t-shirts, making doll clothes, or enjoying her QVC shopping. She was also a lifetime member of VFW and enjoyed playing cards with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by grandparents; Elmer and Mary Folven, Ralph and Katherine Rebsom; parents, Robert and Ann Folven; daughter, Sandra Froshaug; brother, Ralph Folven. She is survived by husband, Dean England; son, Dustin Kersey; daughters, Michelle (Erric) Lucero, Marcie McClure; sister, Roberta (Steve) Hendrix; aunt, Shirley Matson; grandchildren, Austin and Ashlee Lucero, Elijah Ponce, Jayden and Travyn Kersey; numerous nieces and nephews; the friends who were "family of the heart"

Her celebration of life will take place in Watford City, ND March 20, 2020.
