Brandon Walker, 22, of Aztec, passed away after a life long struggle on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, in Denver, Colo. He was born Nov. 30, 1991, in Farmington, to Christopher Walker and Leslie Ratzlaff.
He touched many lives and inspired many people and he will be sorely missed. For the first time he is healthy and pain free and is making beautiful music in heaven.
He is survived by his parents Christopher Walker of Aztec and Leslie Ratzlaff of Carlin, Nev.; brother Kevin Lynn; sister Sarah Lynn; and grandparents, Jerry and Linda Walker of Aztec, Kari Berry of Carlin, Nev. and Garland and Rhonda Frazier of Farmington.
A visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, at Cope Memorial Chapel in Aztec.
A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 19, at First Baptist Church of Aztec, 700 Navajo Ave., with Dr. Kevin Parker officiating.
Interment will follow in the Aztec Cemetery.
A reception will follow burial for family and close friends.
Pallbearers are Kevin Lynn, Marcus Foelker, Shane Christensen, Claude Elmer, Aaron Rarrick and Michelle Lynn.
