Albert Librado Aranda, of Farmington, NM went home to our Lord on Friday July 2, 2021 at the age 62 while on vacation in San Antonio, TX. Albert was born to Lucy Trujillo and Librado Aranda on April 9,1959 in Farmington, NM. Albert was a lifelong resident of San Juan County and grew up in Blanco, NM.
He loved his home and his family dearly. He was a simple man of few words, but his presence was always just enough. Family was Albert's everything. He would gladly admit that his greatest achievement was his loving wife of 41 years, incredible sons, and amazing grandsons which he proudly bragged about. He adored the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and had a passion for coaching baseball, all of which he passed on to his sons and grandsons.
His energy and kindness were infectious. He was so generous and always willing to provide a helping hand to anyone and everyone. He always took care of his family, even those who had passed on, by cleaning their graves on a regular basis. Saying he was a hard worker doesn't even begin to describe his loyalty, honesty, and dedication to his 41 year career with Bayless companies. He took pride in his work and strived for perfection from himself and others. He instilled these qualities into his family, leaving an everlasting example of what a Great Dad and Husband truly are.
Albert could never sit still. On his days off from work, you could find him working on his truck, the boat, the house, the yard, you name it. He also loved to shop, but not for normal things that people usually do. At the grocery store you would find him bringing foods to the cart that you couldn't even pronounce because they looked pretty neat. You could always find him at the nearest auction bidding on antiques and things that he wanted restore.
Albert will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the oil and gas community of Farmington but always remembered for his wisdom and humbleness.
Albert is survived by his wife Starla; sons Albert Brandyn and wife Amberly, Mitchel and partner Dylan; grandsons Drayson and Kyler; siblings Bobby Trujillo and wife Helen, Larry Aranda, Tommy Aranda and wife Diane, Norma Tidwell and husband Gary, Cordy Singleton; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Lucy Trujillo, father Librado Aranda, and brother Jake Aranda.
Albert's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute Street in Farmington, NM (505) 325-8688. You may share condolences with the family on our website: www.brewerleelarkinfh.com.
